Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on domestic orders $149* Conditions apply.

*Conditions - Free shipping applies to orders over $149 in Australia.

Excludes Solar panel pallet deals, Certain Inverters, Panel stands and racks.

Turnaround

All stocked orders are shipped within 48 hours, 5 Days a week. 8am - 5pm.
Some items are shipped from a 3rd party suppliers inventory, Orders are placed every weekday. Please allow various shipping times due to logistics.
Some marked items are direct from our distributors warehouse to save you money, please allow 2-3 days lay time for orders to arrive at our warehouse. As we grow shipping times will decrease, we thank you for your patience and support.

Carriers

Once an order has been collected for shipping, we waive all liability too damage and or loss in transit.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Australia post, startack freight, Fastway, mainfreight, DHL, Couriers Please, Toll and other major carriers on occasion.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders/Pre-Order

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
